Tai Chi in the EESytem

6:30 - 7:30 PM
We're hosting a special Tai Chi session on Monday, June 15 from 6:30-7:30 PM, and you're invite to join us for an hour of gentle movement, relaxation, and reset.
This class will take place inside the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) santuary, creating a clam and unique environment while you move through slow, flowing Tai Chi sequences. It's perfect if you're looking to unwind, improve balance, and reconnect with your body—no experience needed.
During the session, you'll:
~Learn simple, easy-to-follow Tai Chi movements
~Improve balance, flexibility, and circulation
~Calm your mind and reduce stress
~Leave feeling more centered, refresed, and at ease
Whether you're brand new or have tried Tai Chi before, this is a welcoming space to move at your own pace and just feel good!
