Introduction to Reiki Level 1 | 2 Part Workshop

We're hosting a relaxed and welcoming Introduction to Reiki event at the wellness center, and you're invited, Thursday, May 7, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM to the introduction.
If you are curious about energy healing or just want a chance to unwind and reset, this is a great place to start. No experience is needed. During the session, you'll learn what Reiki is, how it works, and why so many people use it for stress relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being. We'll walk through the basics in a simple, approachable way, and you'll even get to experience a short guided Reiki session.
By the end of the event, you can expect to:
~Feel more relaxed and grounded
~Have a clear understanding of Reiki and how it supports healing
~Learn simple techniques you can use in your daily life
~Connect with like-minded people in a calm, supportive space

Thai Chi

We’re hosting a special Tai Chi session on May 20 from 6:30–7:30 PM, and you’re invited to join us for an hour of gentle movement, relaxation, and reset.
This class will take place inside the Energy Enhancement System (EESsytem) space, creating a calm and unique environment while you move through slow, flowing Tai Chi sequences. It’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind, improve balance, and reconnect with your body—no experience needed.
During the session, you’ll:
~Learn simple, easy-to-follow Tai Chi movements
~Improve balance, flexibility, and circulation
~Calm your mind and reduce stress
~Leave feeling more centered, refreshed, and at ease
