Please join us on Monday, September 8th from 6:30 - 7:30 PM as Heather, a Tai Chi Master, guides us through the ancient art of movement, restoring balance and mastering breath. This hour-long class will connect you more to your body and to your mind.
Held in the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) featuring Scalar Light Therapy, you will feel energized and clear. Learn how sessions in the EESystem provide amazing benefits to those suffering from anxiety, depression, migraines, fibromyalgia. Relieve arthritis, sciatica, back pain and so much in our sanctuary!

This event will take place in the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem), a light therapy technology that naturally recharges your body's cells. During the workshop, you will learn how to connect with the part of you that is infinitely strong, centered, wise and joyfully empowered!

At Love And Healing Energy, we empower people to reach their best selves through holistic wellness, advanced quantum light technology, and community outreach.
As a thank you for supporting Holistic Health, join us in celebration! Enjoy live music with Jeff London, lite bites and raffles.
The event is free but we are asking for $10 donations to help a veteran or someone in need to use the Energy and Frequency services featuring Scalar Light Therapy at Love And Healing Energy!
