I started my holistic journey while still in college. Intrigued by books about energy, mindset and how the brain works from Dr. Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton, I became captivated with the topic. When faced with my own challenges, I developed a plan for healing and started a series of sessions at an Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) in New Jersey. Over 20 hours later, most of my symptoms had disappeared and the idea of opening an EESystem center emerged. With the support of creator Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, I opened Love And Healing Energy with the intention for people to tap into their innate healing potential.

It is important for me to provide a space where people can learn about holistic practices, educational lectures, and high-vibrational and community events. This is how we build connections and assist people to realize their inner power. Since the opening of Love And Healing Energy, we have had so many amazing results, where some testimonials sound like miracles. I am living proof that once you tap into your innate potential, you can manifest and achieve anything!

My certifications are in the Healing Arts include a certificate in Reflexology from the Laura Norman School of Reflexology, a coaching degree registered with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a nutrition certificate from The Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). All of these qualifications assist me with empowering people on their health and wellness journey.
