Join us for the amazing Gong Master Mitchell for a Gong and Crystal Bowl Experience on Wednesday, May 21 from 7-9pm.

Gong Master Mitchell is a skilled musician who shares his sacred magical Gongs from around the world! With more than 20 instruments, you will feel the healing frequency of the gongs and crystal bowls, wind chimes, drums, Tibetan bowls, serutti box, glass harp & more -- all in combination with the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) emitting scalar healing waves during the performance.

We'll start with a meditation and some light breathing to ground you, followed by gratitude while the crystal bowls are ignited. You'll feel yourself slipping away into relaxation while the Light Therapy from the EESystem starts to recharge your cellular energy body.

Slow drift off into a calm, peaceful state when the beautiful, majestic gongs are played. Feel a warmth you have never felt before when the combination of instruments are played for you individually as you slumber. Feel the healing sounds of the vibrations from the musician, instruments, and the EESsytem are all in sync and form a beautiful melody.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We will provide floor cushions and a head pillow, however, you may bring your own pillows and blankets, and a yoga mat. There is limited space.
